Directors & Stage Managers: Follow-Up Meeting (Post-Mortem)

Jim and I thought it a good idea to get together and reflect on the show once it's done and talk about what worked and what did not. We can discuss the audition process, rehearsals, cast/crew, performances, etc. The goal would be to improve the process for the next student-directed play festival.

When: Friday, May 19, 3:30-4:30 PM

Where: Auditorium

We don't expect it to go the full hour, but have it scheduled just in case!

Thanks!

Chris

We will have your Durang DVD ready by The Abes.  Box office hours:  6:30p-7:30p Thurs, Fri and Saturday.

Details for After Closing Celebration Hosted by The Litch Family

Your hosts:

Aimee and Erich Litch
2751 NW Westover Rd
Portland 97210

Aimee's cell:  503-706-0187
Erich's cell:  503-860-5953
Tucker's cell:  503-816-5116

Of course, the Litch's expect absolutely no drugs or alcohol to be brought in or used at the party.

Students, please note, per the direction of your host:  Over the years of hosting the after party, the kids are always fantastic and have a ton of fun running around and playing games, but can be a little loud as the night continues. Students, we expect nothing less than for you to keep the sounds you produce at a level that won't annoy the Litch's neighbors, especially after 2am.

Parents:  help remind your child that she or he needs to be respectful of the neighbors, especially after 2am, and if called out by the host that they are being too loud, heed the "shhhhhhhh" instruction!

Pick up is 8am on Sunday! ☀️

Chipotle Tonight 5pm!

We are having chipotle burritos tonight at 5 PM. We've purchased enough for everyone so please try not to load up on too much food after school! 😳

    Big Ol Costumes Post

    Hello Actors and Directors!

I have a BIG OL list of what I need from you in regards to costumes so please check the whole list for your name!

If you have an item with a “~~~” next to it it means I need YOU to procure the item at your own expense by 6:00pm Friday at your own expense.  Please bring them to me and be prepared to leave them in the costume room for the duration of the run of the production.

If you have an item with a “***” next to it it means I need you to see me by Friday at 2:00pm to get measured for adjustments.  A seamstress is coming in 2:00pm-6:00pm Friday to work on your pieces.  Failure to see me by Friday at 2:00pm means you may have to take care of adjustments at your own expense.

If you have an item with a “+++” next to it it means I need you to see me/the costume team before 6:00pm Friday to try on shoes for your costume.

If your name is not on here it means your costume is finalized and I have all the pieces OR I’m still looking for pieces and don’t need you to do anything at this time.

NOTE: I will be here Wednesday until 5:30, Thursday until 3:30 and Friday until 6:00pm.  Make time!

Thank you for your continued cooperation!

    Costume Measurements FINAL NOTICE

    Dear Actors and Directors,

Thank you to those of you who turned in your costume measurements today, much appreciated.  Directors, I would highly suggest you get in contact with your cast members if they appear on the list below.

If your name appears below it means you did not turn in your costume measurements.  As today at 3:30pm was the hard deadline (stated in two blog posts and two Facebook group posts) I cannot guarantee you a costume for your performance.  I have an appointment to pull costumes at Lakewood Theatre Company tomorrow afternoon.  Unless you plan on providing your own costume, you have until NOON tomorrow (Tuesday) to find me and give me a PRINTED hard copy of your measurements and allow me to take your photo.
